Hello Netlify Support,

I own the domain iamwil.me, but I previously added it to another Netlify account that is now blocked or inaccessible. When I try to add the domain to my new account, I get the following error:

“iamwil.me or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

Could you please remove the domain from the old account or DNS team so I can use it again?

I can verify domain ownership by adding a DNS TXT record or whatever you need.

Go to https://www.netlify.com/support/
For ‘What kind of help do you need?’
Select ‘Another site is using this domain’

Then provide the relevant details, (and perhaps a link back to this thread).

Netlify’s team will then respond to you via email.
