Issue when adding a domain to Netlify that was previously used with another Netlify account or team

Please help to check the issue when I added my own domain into Netlify. The error message showed:
thenexova.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.

I already added TXT record to DNS configuration on my own domain. Please help me to check and fix it.
