My domain name is problematic

Hello Netlify Support,

Site name: (https://ussoneteam.netlify.app/)
Custom domain: (http://www.ussoneteam.bg)
Error message: When trying to add the domain, I get the message:
“ussoneteam.bg or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

I just purchased this domain recently and have not used it on any other Netlify account. I suspect it might have been used before by a previous owner or is stuck in another account.

I have already added the required TXT record in my DNS with the following details:

  • Name: verified-for-netlify
  • Value: this ticket

Could you please verify the TXT record and help me remove this domain from the other account so I can use it on my project?
