Stuck with preparing your domain

Hello,

I have configured both my apex domain (biddigger.app)

and subdomains, and I have already updated the registrar to point to Netlify’s name servers. However, after several days, the apex domain is still not active. The dashboard keeps showing the status “Preparing your domain”, and the site is not accessible.

Could you please check if there is an issue with the DNS configuration or with the activation process on your side?

Have you tried removing the domain from the site settings and adding it again? You can do that here: Domain management | biddigger | Netlify
