Hi,
I use Netlify DNS and www subdomain (Primary domain) works also with SSL. Problem is the apex domain it is stuck at Preparing your domain… for more than 48 hours.
Thx to your great Ask Netlify ai I think all is set correct.
Nameserver are set at domain registrar and the DNS zone is active. (verified by dig +trace):

A and AAAA are not resolved.
NS is resolved.
SOA is not resolved.
Netlify DNS:
No A or AAAA records are set.
No CNAME record is set that could affect my problem (answered by Netlify ai).
The Netlify records are set for apex and www subdomain for both IPv4 and IPv6.
I also removed before the 48 hours the domain from production domains and re-added it.

Note: I gave the Netlify ai all informations, links, records and logs, I learned a lot about DNS.
Edit: I removed the wrong A and AAAA records (copied from domain registrar) 5 days ago.
