No SSL certificate generate even after waiting for more than 24 hours

So it’s been nearly 48 hours and my primary domain hirenotch.com is still awaiting the SSL certificate from Netlify . The subdomain www.hirenotch.com is done with DNS verification but the primary domain isn’t . I have made the changes in the registarar by adding the name servers and even the IP addresses but I’m stuck on preparing your domain. Kindly help me out .

There is no A record for the apex domain as shown below:
