My production displays the error “Account credit usage exceeded - Your sites may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled., but my account is nowhere near any limit.
Details:
- Site: wishcopy.com
- Plan: Free (300 credits/month)
- Credit balance: 19.8 / 30 credits remaining
- The banner says “You’ve run out of credits”, yet the Credit balance shows 19.8/30 remaining, so this could be a stale credit usage exceeded flag rather than an actual credit shortage.
I’ve seen several other reports of the same issue on the community forum. Could you please confirm and if so manually clear the suspension flag on my account.
