Hi, my team’s production deploys are being blocked with the message “Account credit usage exceeded – new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”
However, my Credit balance shows 29.9 / 30 credits remaining (granted Jul 13, expires Aug 8, 2026), so I have not actually run out of credits. This looks like the same stale “credit usage exceeded” flag that several other Free plan users have reported this week.
Could you please clear the stale flag on my account so production deploys work again? My site is tracos-gestao.netlify.app.
