My production deploys are being blocked with the error “Skipped due to account credit usage exceeded,” and the dashboard shows the banner “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”

This matches the pattern reported by several other Free plan teams recently — a stale “credit usage exceeded” flag on accounts that still have credits available.
Could you please check and reset the credit usage flag on my team so production deploys can resume? This is blocking urgent publishes on my site.
