Hi Netlify team,
My production deploys are being blocked with the error “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added”, but my account is nowhere near any limit.
Details:
- Site: tlalim-eruim (tlalim-eruim.netlify.app)
- Plan: Free (300 credits/month)
- Credit balance: 29.9 / 30 credits remaining (granted July 7, 2026, expires July 10, 2026)
- The banner says “You’ve run out of credits”, yet the Credit balance section clearly shows 29.9/30 remaining — so this appears to be a stale/stuck internal flag rather than an actual credit shortage.
- The live site serves fine; only new deploys (Netlify Drop) are rejected.
I’ve seen several other reports of the same issue on the community forum over the past few days. Could you please manually clear the suspension flag on my account so I can deploy again?
