Site name: spiffy-ganache-ffbb61.netlify.app
Custom domain: emporiolebara.com.br (primary) and www.emporiolebara.com.br
Hi, I’m unable to provision an SSL/TLS certificate for my custom domain, even though DNS is fully configured and verified correctly.
What’s happening:
- The HTTPS panel shows “DNS verification was successful
” - After clicking “Provision certificate,” it fails with: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
- This has been happening consistently over multiple attempts, on different days.
What I’ve already checked:
- DNS is managed by Netlify DNS (migrated nameservers from my registrar, registro.br, several days ago — migration completed successfully, confirmed with a green “Netlify DNS
” status on both the apex and www domains in the Domain management panel). - Ran Let’s Debug (letsdebug.net) using the http-01 challenge for both domains:
- emporiolebara.com.br → “All OK! No issues were found.”
- www.emporiolebara.com.br → “All OK! No issues were found.”
- No CAA records that would block Let’s Encrypt.
- DNS propagation confirmed globally via whatsmydns.net (both A/CNAME records resolving correctly worldwide).
Since both domains pass external validation cleanly and DNS verification succeeds on Netlify’s own panel, I believe this is an issue on Netlify’s certificate provisioning side rather than my DNS setup. Could someone please take a look and manually trigger/reprovision the certificate for this domain?
I’m on the Free plan.
Thank you!
