Cannot provision Let's Encrypt certificate despite fully verified Netlify DNS

Issue: SSL certificate provisioning keeps failing with
“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

Troubleshooting already completed:

  • Using Netlify DNS, nameservers fully verified (4/4 correct: dns1-4.p07.nsone.net)
  • DNS verification succeeds in dashboard
  • Domain removed and re-added — no change
  • Let’s Debug (letsdebug.net) shows “All OK” for BOTH apex and www (http-01 challenge)
  • Domain added 8+ days ago — past the automatic 24h/72h retry window
  • No CAA, no DNSSEC, no leftover AAAA records

All externally-verifiable DNS conditions are clean. Requesting manual
certificate provisioning or investigation into the backend issuance failure.
