Site name: cute-elf-6b34ad
Custom domain: praktijkvogelzangoostende.be (+ www.praktijkvogelzangoostende.be)
Issue: SSL certificate provisioning keeps failing with “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.” DNS verification succeeds every time (“DNS verification was successful”), but clicking “Provision certificate” fails right after.
What I’ve already checked:
- Single A record on the apex domain pointing to 75.2.60.5
- CNAME record for www pointing to cute-elf-6b34ad.netlify.app
- No AAAA records on the domain
- No CAA records on the domain
- DNS propagation confirmed via whatsmydns.net: correct IP (75.2.60.5) showing in ~15/19 global locations, with only a few isolated resolver failures (not old/incorrect values)
- Checked via letsdebug.net (http-01 challenge): “All OK! No issues were found with praktijkvogelzangoostende.be”
- Waited over an hour between attempts to rule out Let’s Encrypt rate limiting
- Tried “Verify DNS configuration” followed by “Provision certificate” multiple times across different days, same result each time
Since both DNS propagation and Let’s Debug confirm everything is correctly configured on the domain side, this looks like it might be an issue on Netlify’s end for this particular site/domain. Could someone from the team take a look? Thank you!
