SSL stuck: domain shows Netlify DNS green but SSL says “doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”

Hi Netlify team,

Site name:
lafuentemiade.netlify.app

Custom domains:

Issue:
Both apex and www domains show as correctly configured with Netlify DNS (green checkmarks) in the Domains section, and the site is fully loading from Netlify.

However, the SSL/TLS section keeps showing:
lafuentemia.de doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”
(and the same behavior occurred earlier for lafuentemia.com)

Because of this, Let’s Encrypt certificates cannot be issued or renewed.

Important details:

  • DNS records are correct (A records for apex, CNAME for www)
  • Nameservers are managed at TransIP
  • This issue has persisted for more than 48 hours after DNS propagation
  • Domains have been removed and re-added in Netlify to reset state
  • www resolves correctly and redirects to apex
  • The site content is clearly served by Netlify

This appears to be an inconsistent internal DNS/SSL state where the domain is recognized in the Domains UI but not by the SSL provisioning system.

Request:
Could you please clear/reset the internal DNS/SSL state for these domains and re-provision the Let’s Encrypt certificates?

Thanks in advance for your help.
