Custom domain stuck: "doesn't appear to be served by Netlify" SSL provisioning loop

DNS configuration (Cloudflare):
A theposseshoppe.com → 75.2.60.5
CNAME www → spectacular-brigadeiros-cdaf2e.netlify.app
Proxy: DNS only

The domain sometimes verifies but certificate provisioning loops with:

“theposseshoppe.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”
and
“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

Mobile browsers show ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

Could you please reset the TLS/SSL provisioning state for this domain?

Hi, @jimbobailey. The UI displays the last error message for troubleshooting even when the SSL is working. I’m showing the TLS/SSL certificate was provisioned about one hour before this post was made so it was and it working.

The error message was an previous error, not a current one. I’ve deleted it now to avoid confusion going forward. If there are other questions or concerns, please let us know.
