Hi Netlify team,
My domain oscarsanemeterio.es
is fully propagated to Netlify IPs (75.2.60.5
, 99.83.190.102
) using external DNS (Hostinger). I’ve deleted the inactive Netlify DNS zone and re-added the domain, but Netlify still says:
“oscarsanemeterio.es doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”
…and SSL won’t provision.
I’ve tried:
- Removing and re-adding the domain
- Waiting over 48 hours
- Renewing the certificate manually
- Cleaning all inactive DNS zones
Can someone on the Netlify team please perform a domain state reset to unblock SSL provisioning?
Thanks!
@osanemeterio Presumably everything completed and you’ve now resolved it, as I can see the site:
As a tip for the future, don’t create forum threads with the ‘lock emoji’ in the title.
It gives them the appearance of being “locked”.
This is what you did:

This is a locked thread:
If you actually want to lock the thread, you can use the thread options to ‘Close Topic’:
I read this in the domain management dashboard: oscarsanemeterio.es doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify
We can’t renew your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically until the issue is resolved. Check our [troubleshooting guide] for more information on how to fix the problem, and then renew the certificate.
Is this important?
