🔒 Domain not recognized by Netlify – SSL won't provision after DNS fix

Hi Netlify team,

My domain oscarsanemeterio.es is fully propagated to Netlify IPs (75.2.60.5, 99.83.190.102) using external DNS (Hostinger). I’ve deleted the inactive Netlify DNS zone and re-added the domain, but Netlify still says:

“oscarsanemeterio.es doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”

…and SSL won’t provision.

I’ve tried:

  • Removing and re-adding the domain
  • Waiting over 48 hours
  • Renewing the certificate manually
  • Cleaning all inactive DNS zones

Can someone on the Netlify team please perform a domain state reset to unblock SSL provisioning?

Thanks!

@osanemeterio Presumably everything completed and you’ve now resolved it, as I can see the site:

It gives them the appearance of being “locked”.

This is what you did:

I read this in the domain management dashboard: oscarsanemeterio.es doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify

We can’t renew your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically until the issue is resolved. Check our [troubleshooting guide] for more information on how to fix the problem, and then renew the certificate.

Is this important?
