Hi team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my TLS/SSL certificate not getting provisioned. Could you please help me troubleshoot?

Details:

  • Netlify site name: https://florencenjeri.netlify.app/
  • Custom domain: florencenjeri.com
  • Error message: None, just TLS/SSL provisioning spinning
  • **DNS setup:**Netlify DND
  • Steps already taken:
    • Verified DNS records (A/AAAA, CNAME)
    • Checked domain verification status
    • Restarted deployment and SSL provisioning
      Ask Netlify: Yes

Did you try removing the domain from site settings and re-adding it again?
