Site down randomly / Domain suddenly awaiting external DNS

Hi! This site k-thatcher has been up for the last year (https://k-thatcher.netlify.app/) at this domain (https://kassandrathatcher.com/). All of a sudden, it says that this domain (https://kassandrathatcher.com/) is awaiting external DNS and it does not work.

Client says DNS on the domain side (Godaddy) has not changed. Could something suddenly be wrong on the Netlify side? OR some bug?

Client says DNS on the domain side (Godaddy) has not changed.

Don’t take your clients claims at face value, verify them.
If they’re not an expert, it’s highly likely that they’re confused or misinformed.

A quick check shows that domain is not pointed at Netlify:
