Awaiting External DNS please help

Hi Netlify Support,

My domain jacobs-anna.com has been stuck in “Awaiting External DNS” for several days, despite setting the correct Netlify nameservers at my registrar (Amen.pt).

Here’s what I’ve done:

• Updated nameservers at registrar to:

  • dns1.p04.nsone.net

  • dns2.p04.nsone.net

  • dns3.p04.nsone.net

  • dns4.p04.nsone.net

• Waited >48 hours (DNSChecker shows global propagation)

• Removed and re-added domain in Netlify

Netlify still shows “Awaiting External DNS”. Can you please manually refresh or check the DNS zone for jacobs-anna.com?

Hi, @annakj. The is no DNS zone for the domain at Netlify at this time. The instructions to resolve this can be found here:
