I hope you’re doing well.
I would like to kindly request a review of my Netlify account and my previous plan status.
My account has been with Netlify for a long time, and it was previously using the Legacy Free Plan. Recently, I noticed that my account is now on the current Free Plan, and I am affected by the newer deployment limits.
I believe this may have happened because of a mistake on my side, as I may have accidentally changed something related to my plan. I did not intend to leave the Legacy Free Plan and I would really appreciate it if you could check whether my previous Legacy Free Plan or any grandfathered benefits can be restored.
I am a 16-year-old student from Sri Lanka who uses Netlify to learn web development, build personal projects, experiment with new technologies, and contribute to open-source projects. Netlify has been a very important platform for my learning journey and development work.
As a student, upgrading to a paid plan is difficult for me at the moment. If there is any possibility of restoring my old Legacy Free Plan access, I would be extremely grateful. If it is not possible, I would also appreciate any clarification about my account status and available options.
