I am writing to request a refund for a recent automatic charge of $9.00 USD on my account, which occurred on June 17, 2026.
I was not aware that my account was set to the paid “Personal Plan” with auto-renewal enabled. I intended to use the free tier for my project. I have now downgraded my account to the Free Plan to prevent further charges.
