Renewal Issue (Requesting For Refund)

I was sent an email prior to renewal from Netlify , and i cancelled the renewal and i deleted my domain as well to avoid being charged . Then just 2 days ago i was charged 17.00USD over a service i don’t even use .i need a refund plus an explanation why i was charged .

Hi, It looks like you deleted from your site on 7/13, but never disabled auto renewal on the domain. You can see it’s still currently enabled here:

If you’d like to avoid charges in the future, you’ll need to disable auto-renewal. If you have more questions please respond to ticket #175253
