I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to request a refund for an unexpected auto-renewal charge for the Personal Plan at $9/month.
I was not aware that the plan would automatically renew, and I did not intend to continue the subscription. I would appreciate it if you could cancel the renewal and process a refund for the recent charge.
