Hello Netlify Support Team,
I am the original owner and administrator of the following Netlify sites:
Both websites are currently online and functioning normally. However, when I log into Netlify using my GitHub account, my dashboard is completely empty and shows no projects.
The account I am being redirected to appears to have been created recently (May 22), while at least one of these sites was originally deployed several months earlier. This leads me to believe that the sites may be associated with a different Netlify account, team workspace, or an account duplication issue.
Troubleshooting already performed:
- Logged out and back into Netlify multiple times.
- Tested every email address I own.
- Tried all available authentication methods.
- Verified that GitHub login consistently redirects me to the same empty account.
Could you please help investigate which account or team currently owns these sites and advise how I can regain access to the original dashboard?
I understand that account details may be private, but any guidance that helps identify the correct account or workspace would be greatly appreciated.
