I recently purchased the domain bdultras.org and deployed my website through Netlify.
Previously, I created my Netlify account using my email address (not Google login). However, I can no longer access that account. When I try to log in using the email address, I’m unable to find or access my original account.
I also tried signing up using the same email through Google login, but this created a new account that does not contain my domain or website information.
I would appreciate assistance with:
- Locating my original Netlify account.
- Restoring access to my domain (bdultras.org) and deployed website.
- Confirming which account currently owns the domain and site.
I can provide any verification details required, including domain ownership information and purchase records.
