I’m experiencing what appears to be a mismatch between my credit balance and my account status.
My setup:
- Free plan (credit-based)
- One team
- One site only
- Next.js application deployed from GitHub
- Production deploys are triggered from GitHub
Current situation:
- Usage & Billing shows 29 available credits (current billing period: Jul 2 - Aug 1).
- A red banner appears across Netlify saying:
“Your team has run out of credits. Your sites may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”
What I have already verified:
- Only one project exists.
- No additional team members.
- All production deploys complete successfully.
- No build errors.
- No deploy log errors.
- The warning appears throughout the Netlify dashboard.
I also found a similar discussion in the Netlify forums where another user experienced similar symptoms and the issue was resolved after Netlify investigated the account
Could someone from the Netlify team please check my account and verify whether there is an incorrect internal billing/credit status or another backend issue causing this warning?
If this is not related to an internal account state, I’d appreciate understanding what is actually triggering the warning.
