Hi Netlify team,
My team account (SayRaye) shows 330 credits available on the Billing page, but I’m seeing a warning icon and the message that I’ve run out of credits and my projects may go offline.
Preview deploys (netlify deploy) work fine, but production deploys (netlify deploy --prod) are blocked with the “account credit usage exceeded” error.
I checked netlifystatus.com and don’t see any active incident related to billing/credits, so this looks isolated to my account. I also found several similar reports here on the forum describing the exact same symptom (credits available, deploys still blocked) — in those cases it turned out to be a stale internal flag that required manual clearing by support.
I opened a support ticket about this but haven’t received a response yet. This is currently blocking my product launch, so I’d really appreciate help checking my account for this stuck flag and clearing it manually if found.
