Problem for Account Creation

Dear Netlify Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently a student working on a project to develop a static website using the Jamstack and CMS. I’ve been following a tutorial on YouTube and have encountered an issue while trying to access my Netlify account.

Initially, I attempted to sign up using my GitHub account. However, I received an error indicating that an account already exists with my credentials. When I tried logging in, I faced the same error. I then opted to sign up via email, but the verification link seemed to expire immediately. Following the app’s suggestion, I tried resetting my password, only to find that my account was suspended.

I’ve experienced this issue with another email as well. I’m confident that there are no violations or issues associated with my account. I kindly request that you review the situation and assist me in resolving it. The email associated with my account is below.

Dear Sam,

I have the same problem and when I send myself the verification mail with link and I click it I get the message that the authentication URL has expires or is faulty while it is the link from the fresh email making it impossible for me to verify my mailadres. I’m under the impression that my IP or other thing is blocked on my Github account (ThomPoppins (Thom Veldpaus) · GitHub) mailadres (thompoppins@gmail.com).
