my document, even though I take good care of it and take the photo as clear as possible, it does not fit, I think it is a problem with the website.

Hi, unfortunately if stripe cannot verify your site you will need to signup for a Pro account to bypass this step.

Hi Sam,

When I saw that manual verification box I filled it in the first time to be sure, if that form isn’t broken a support ticket should have been created already.

Has the ticket created in your system? Otherwise the manual verification form isn’t working either and there is nothing I can think of doing on my side to get a support ticket.

Is it really over now? I did nothing wrong, I only tried resetting the password like I communicated here, that’s all.

Signed up with a separate Github account and they don’t allow me to use the “invalidated” email.

Issue has been settled with support.

For those faced with the same issue, here are some tips from this personal experience.

Do not send an email to Netlify Support (Netlify) <support@netlify.zendesk.com> because they wouldn’t entertain you if you are on their free tier like me.

They’d just send you back here to ask more questions.

File a support request on Support like so:

Subject:

Deregister

Site:

wencai-chinese

Message:

Remove my email record from your server. I cannot login / sign up, neither can I delete or remove my pending account from your service.

Their fraud and abuse team would reach out to you in a jiffy.
