Hi there!
I was getting started with gettting a monorepo sub application deploy on Netlify. I played around with settings and stuff and felt like I might have screwed up, so I deleted the account and removed Netlify completely from my Github so I could start again from the beginning, being more careful this time and configure nothing I don’t know anything about.
I deleted my account to get all settings back to default and start fresh, but now I can’t sign up anymore with my Github account login because user with mailadress already exists.
At first I used a personal mailadress and later I changed this into my Github registration mailadres because I was getting serious about it and wanted to use the mailadress I use for dev work where I want to recieve updates on per mail.
I think with the switching of mailadres in the Netlify account settings, I created a “ghost” user with my mailadres I also use for Github.
The mailadress is a public address, it’s thompoppins@gmail.com.
In the maintime I tried signing up with different addresses and even tried to get it working on Bitbucket, but always I get an error message that already a user exists with the mailadress.
Is it possible to connect my address thompoppins@gmail.com back to my OAuth authentication with Github again like it should be?
My last name is not Poppins, Poppins should be the future start up company name I am working and learning hard for every day to realise. I am a paying customer in the future I can promise you that since Netlify is at the top of highest valued deploy development platform, I like to get started!
I am willing to send pictures of identity, password, write notes, put up any number of fingers in a picture to get access again with my Github account login and with keeping my work/business mailaddress set up as it is in Github.
Hope anyone can help me soon, now I can’t implement an frontend app deployment I have to wait before I can progress in a lot of things.
Best regards,
Thom Veldpaus
