Please downgrade "semyhist’s team" to the standard Free plan (Operational credit lock)

Hello,

  • Netlify Site Name: arkakanat.netlify.app
  • Issue: Account stuck on operational credit lock / Requesting downgrade to standard Free plan.

I accidentally interacted with the AI Agent once, and Netlify automatically moved my entire team (“semyhist’s team”) into a different billing category. Now all my production deploys are paused due to an operational credit lock.

I manage multiple sites under this team and I have no intention of using AI Agents or paid credits.

Could a support engineer please look into my account and downgrade/revert my team (“semyhist’s team”) back to the standard, regular Free plan?
