- Issue: Accidental switch to credit-based billing locked my entire team.
I accidentally interacted with the AI Agent once, which migrated my team (“semyhist’s team”) into the new credit-based pricing system. Because the trial operational credits ended, all my production deploys across multiple sites are now paused.
I understand that reverting to a Legacy plan is irreversible via the dashboard. However, I am a free tier user and do not want to use paid credit features or Agent Runners.
Could a support engineer please look into my account and manually downgrade/reset “semyhist’s team” to the standard, baseline Free tier within this new credit system so that my normal web deploys can resume?
