Hello Netlify Support Team, Paused

My account is currently locked because a payment failed during a trial plan upgrade. I have already removed the rejected credit card from my settings.

I cannot downgrade the plan myself in the dashboard because the entire UI is locked.

Could a human support agent please manually intervene, downgrade my team account (“Enni”) back to the standard Free Plan, and unpause my projects?
