Subject: Production deploys blocked — “operational credits” banner despite full credit balance (known bug)

Hi Netlify team,

My team “NS” (Free plan, project ns-deckbuilder) is showing the banner “NS is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused,” and new deploys are blocked with the message: “Account credit usage exceeded – new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”

However, my Usage & Billing page shows 30 credits available (with a warning icon), billing period Aug 3 – Sep 2.

This matches the known bug reported by many other Free plan accounts recently (e.g. threads on answers.netlify.com: “Account credit usage exceeded despite full credit balance,” “Production deploys blocked by stale ‘credit usage exceeded’ flag,” etc.) — a stale credit-usage flag blocking deploys despite an intact balance.

Could you please check and reset the stuck flag on my account?

Same issue here. My team “diegogeorgen’s team” (Free plan, project 7padeldd / 7padel.cl) is showing the “operational credits” banner and production deploys are blocked with the “Account credit usage exceeded” message.

However, my Usage & Billing page shows the balance barely used (0.04 credits out of 300 available), billing period Jul 27 – Aug 26.

Could you please check and reset the stuck flag on my account?
