Hi Netlify team,
My team is showing the banner "running on operational credits —
production deploys and Agent Runners are paused", and new deploys
are blocked with “Account credit usage exceeded”. This matches the
known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported by many other Free
plan teams recently.
