I’m engaging with netlify support on a longer thread and my most recent response was blocked because it was classified as spam. Can you please unblock me?
Following up here, I can no longer respond on an urgent support issue! Here’s the message I receive:
The response was:
Your email to group hello@netlify.com was rejected due to spam classification. The owner of the group can choose to enable message moderation instead of bouncing these emails. More information can be found here: Messages from a bulk sender bounce - Google Workspace Admin Help.
Hi @bo-dun i’m sorry to hear your emails are being classified as spam. Can you confirm the email you wrote in with?
Can you also post the issue you are having here and I can escalate and investigate accordingly?

peter@feathery.io is my email. I responded with the issue above along with the message I’m getting when emailing support@netlify.com. What other information do you need from me?
Is this about the ticket #302206? If so, I can see the communication is happening in there. The error that you shared was from hello@netlify.com which I’m not sure why received your email.
Hey @hrishikesh , that’s a great question - no idea why I’m getting a response from that address when I’m definitely emailing support@netlify.com. i’ve had to resort to communicating through our support email because my personal email is unable to reply in the thread anymore.
That’s weird. Unfortunately, since the emails are being sent to hello@netlify.com - that would be a mailbox controlled by IT, and they’d not be willing to unblock random emails to send an email there.
This is a frustrating answer. So I literally can’t communicate with support anymore from my main email account and there’s nothing you can do about it?
You can communicate, as long as you email support@netlify.com
. As for why you’re emailing hello@netlify.com
, that’s not something we can answer or fix for you.
Nope, still blocked on support@netlify.com. Our normal support email support@feathery.io just got blocked as well so we have no way to communicate.
To be clear - we have always been emailing support@netlify.com. I cannot tell you why your system gives me an error about hello@netlify.com, this is a routing rule your team set up.
Can we please get a resolution here? To be clear, this is preventing us from getting support for Netlify issues, and all feathery.io emails are unable to respond to Netlify support tickets now. Attaching a screenshot below.

Hi, @bo-dun. We believe the google spam classification issue is almost completely addressed. Would you please reply to the support ticket again? We need a new message sent to complete the unblocking. A new email will allow us to approve these emails so they will never be blocked again.
