Netlify Dashboard has been restricted - I’ve paid for credits and still won’t update

I have paid for credits and it still didn’t let me access dashboard. Then updated my payment info, paid, and still no dashboard.

When I try to upgrade plan I get

Fatal rendering error

I have internal id if needed
