My site was paused due to exceeded credit limit even though I have low Bandwidth and build usage

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue where my Netlify site has been paused because of an exceeded credit limit. However, my usage seems quite low. From December 4th to January 2nd, I’ve only used about 181 MB of bandwidth and just 4 build minutes. Despite this, my team has been notified that we’ve exceeded the credit limit, and all projects have been paused.
I do have 2.4k web requests and im not sure if that is alot or if that would be the cause for this problem but it seamed like a bigger number.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? I’m looking for guidance on what might be causing this and how to resolve it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

I have just started using Netlify for my custom domain and Netlify provided free 300 credits and it has been consumed approximately 1 hour even though just deployed. I experienced same consumption issue as well. Thanks for raising up to the point
