Hi, @cmairena. I believe you have run into this issue:
The solutions for this are found on the page above. The solution I would suggest is this:
- revert the domain back to using your registrar’s DNS service which normally gets the email working again
- then do the password reset process here: Netlify
- then copy over the email DNS records from your registrar’s DNS service to the Netlify DNS zone
- once that is done, reactivate the Netlify DNS zone by changing the authoritative name servers at the registrar back to the name servers for the DNS zone at Netlify
The other solution is to revert back to the registrar’s DNS service, delete the DNS zone at Netlify, and then use the external DNS instructions instead.
