Locked out due to 2AF code issues - Need help Urgently

PAID ACCOUNT ACCESS ISSUE:

  1. Tickets: 1042224/5 and 1042821
  2. Site name: https://ncrcconsulting.com/
  3. "Locked out due to 2FA code issues
  4. Business impact (website inaccessible, domain management URGENTLY needed, AUTOMATION process on hold due to the issue, ACCESS URGENTLY NEED etc.)

Its been a week trying to get someone cancel the 2 authentication factor setting as it does not accept the correct code regardless multiple times trying and I have received no response and its heavily impacted company website domain management and automation process. I urgently need someone responde and/or urgently cancel the 2AF ASAP.

Can someone on the forum please help and drop guidance on how to go past the 2AF code that the system is decline and cancel the setting since i’m not gettig any response from Netlify team? thanks.
