We don’t have access to our netlify 2FA.
How can we reset the 2FA on the account?

Then you will likely need your Recovery codes.
We dont have the recovey codes either.
Only the login details.
How else can we reset the 2FA?
@Wilco You’ll need to wait for Netlify’s staff to provider further information, (I don’t work for them).
My wild guess is if you have a paid account, their team may be able to do some alternative verification.
If you only have a free account, you may need to abandon that account and create a new one.
The warning regarding the recovery codes mentions “being locked out of your account”:

Then provide the relevant details.
Netlify’s team will then respond to you by email.
