Let's Encrypt certificate provisioning fails despite successful DNS validation

Hello,

Netlify is unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for my custom domain.

Site: https://cafe-routine.netlify.app

Custom domains:

  • cafe-routine.co.kr (primary domain)
  • www.cafe-routine.co.kr (redirects to the primary domain)

DNS provider: Netlify DNS

Troubleshooting completed:

  • The registrar uses all four Netlify name servers.
  • DNS records have propagated.
  • Both domains are correctly assigned to the production site.
  • There are no AAAA records.
  • There are no restrictive CAA records.
  • DNSSEC is not enabled.
  • “Verify DNS configuration” succeeds, but certificate provisioning fails again.
  • Let’s Debug HTTP-01 tests report “All OK” for both domains:
    • cafe-routine.co.kr
    • www.cafe-routine.co.kr

HTTPS currently presents a *.netlify.app certificate instead of a certificate for cafe-routine.co.kr.

Could you check whether certificate provisioning is stuck for this site and reset or retry it internally?

Thank you.
