Hello,
Netlify is unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for my custom domain.
Site: https://cafe-routine.netlify.app
Custom domains:
- cafe-routine.co.kr (primary domain)
- www.cafe-routine.co.kr (redirects to the primary domain)
DNS provider: Netlify DNS
Troubleshooting completed:
- The registrar uses all four Netlify name servers.
- DNS records have propagated.
- Both domains are correctly assigned to the production site.
- There are no AAAA records.
- There are no restrictive CAA records.
- DNSSEC is not enabled.
- “Verify DNS configuration” succeeds, but certificate provisioning fails again.
- Let’s Debug HTTP-01 tests report “All OK” for both domains:
- cafe-routine.co.kr
- www.cafe-routine.co.kr
HTTPS currently presents a *.netlify.app certificate instead of a certificate for cafe-routine.co.kr.
Could you check whether certificate provisioning is stuck for this site and reset or retry it internally?
Thank you.
