Hello Netlify Support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for my custom domain.
Site information:
Netlify site: courageous-dusk-b8da67
Netlify URL: https://courageous-dusk-b8da67.netlify.app/
Project ID (Site ID): 626d9fbe-7c67-4e83-8fa8-9210bfe5ee06
Primary custom domain: ixcheltravel.com
Domain alias: www.ixcheltravel.com
Netlify team: is153767
The site deploys successfully and the netlify.app URL works normally. However, both https://ixcheltravel.com and https://www.ixcheltravel.com currently return NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID.
The Netlify dashboard displays:
“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain. Please read our troubleshooting guide for some tips on what might be happening.”
Checks already completed:
“Verify DNS configuration” succeeds in the Netlify dashboard.
The domain’s nameservers are delegated to Netlify DNS.
ixcheltravel.com and www.ixcheltravel.com resolve to the active Netlify site.
ixcheltravel.com is configured as the primary domain.
www.ixcheltravel.com is configured to redirect to the primary domain.
No conflicting AAAA record was found.
No restrictive CAA record was found.
No DNSSEC conflict was found.
The domain does not show a conflict with another site in this Netlify team.
A manual “Provision certificate” attempt was made once, but it immediately returned to the same failure state.
The domain was added approximately three days ago, so the normal automatic retry period has already passed.
No DNS records or domain settings were modified after verification.
Could you please inspect the underlying ACME/Let’s Encrypt provisioning error and help provision a valid certificate for ixcheltravel.com and www.ixcheltravel.com?
Thank you.
