Hi Netlify support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for my custom domain.
Site name: flourishing-faloodeh-97bc45.netlify.app
Custom domain: 3dmillion.co.kr (primary)
Alias: www.3dmillion.co.kr
DNS provider: External DNS (Cafe24, Korean registrar)
DNS configuration:
- A record: 3dmillion.co.kr → 75.2.60.5
- CNAME: www.3dmillion.co.kr → flourishing-faloodeh-97bc45.netlify.app
What I’ve verified:
- All domains show green in Domain management
- “Verify DNS configuration” succeeds every time (“DNS verification was successful”)
- Clicking “Provision certificate” immediately fails with “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
- Let’s Debug (http-01) returns “All OK!” - no issues found
- No CAA records on the domain
- DNS has been correctly configured for over 24 hours
- The site loads fine over http://3dmillion.co.kr
Note: my DNS provider automatically creates a wildcard CNAME record
(*.3dmillion.co.kr → 3dmillion.co.kr) that I cannot delete from their panel.
Please let me know if this could be causing the issue.
Could you please manually provision the certificate, or advise what else I should check?
Thank you.
