Cannot provision Let's Encrypt certificate — DNS verified, Let's Debug "All OK"

Site name: aquamarine-cranachan-1754b0
Custom domain: havenav.co.uk (also www.havenav.co.uk)
DNS: Using Netlify DNS — both root and www show “Netlify DNS ✓” in Domain management, www redirects to primary.

Issue: SSL certificate will not provision. The HTTPS section shows “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.” This has been failing for over 24 hours.

What I’ve already checked:

  • “Verify DNS configuration” returns “DNS verification was successful ✓”
  • Let’s Debug (http-01) returns “All OK! No issues were found with havenav.co.uk
  • No CAA records on the domain
  • Both havenav.co.uk and www.havenav.co.uk are correctly listed and pointing at Netlify

Clicking “Provision certificate” still fails immediately. Since Let’s Debug confirms there’s nothing wrong on the DNS/domain side, could you please manually force-provision the certificate from your end?

Thank you.
