Hi Netlify team,
Site: `thodaytiengnhat.com.netlify.app`
Custom domain: `thodaytiengnhat.com` and `www.thodaytiengnhat.com`
I use Netlify DNS. About 12 hours ago I pointed my registrar (PA Vietnam) to the four Netlify nameservers: `dns1.p05.nsone.net`, `dns2.p05.nsone.net`, `dns3.p05.nsone.net`, `dns4.p05.nsone.net`.
In Domain management > HTTPS it says “DNS verification was successful”, but the SSL/TLS certificate has still not been provisioned. The site loads fine over http, but https does not work (no certificate).
Already checked:
- Both the apex and the www record resolve to Netlify (`18.208.88.157`, `98.84.224.111`)
- DNSSEC is NOT enabled (no DS records at the registry)
- No CAA records are blocking Let’s Encrypt
- I clicked “Retry DNS verification” and it succeeded, but no certificate was issued
Could you please provision the Let’s Encrypt certificate for this domain?
Thank you.
