Infinite loading screen on login

Similar to other posts I’ve seen, I can login successfully with my email (kabir@subliminal.ai) but then I get an infinite loading screen on app.netlify.com. Other posts say to submit a support request but when I did that the email I received said “No ticket created” because the email I used does not belong to a netlify account (which is true!). The issue is I manage the subliminal.ai domain under netlify and I’m having email troubles with that account.

So any email response would need to be sent to kabirkhan1137@gmail.com or kabirkhan1137@outlook.com but kabir@subliminal.ai is not receiving mail. Please help me login to my account so I can manage the domain name and figure out what’s going on with it.

@kabP1 Unfortunately Netlify are unlikely to perform your request, as they have no way of verifying that the alternative emails with generic providers are even the account owner, as you could be literally anyone making this request.

Hi there, it looks like you account had been cancelled due to unpaid invoices. I’ve gone ahead and reactivated it for you so you can log in and add a valid payment method.
