My website “starlit-chimera-8f4209”
If go to the site domain setting and try to add custom domain I get an error “custom_domain is owned by another account”
If I go to domains and add or register domain I get an error “name is already taken, playmoremama.com is conflicting the ownership with other existing zones”
I need to publish this site as soon as I can. I will really appreciate a response.

We have a Support Guide on how to verify your domain so we can verify ownership, and you’ll then be able to add the domain to your site (once verified).

Thank you for replying. My other account was using the domain so I managed to fix it. Now Im using netlify dns and it also says " Your site has HTTPS enabled". But my subdomain opens my project but opening my custom domain show just 404 text on top left corner. Am I missing something? There were two dns record automatically added by netlify and I added one with cname, www, and " starlit-chimera-8f4209.netlify.app" as value which is my subdomain.

I’m unable to replicate the issue with the 404 text on the top left corner. Visiting playmoremama.com is resolving properly for me. Are you still seeing the issue?
If you’re still seeing the issue, please provide the steps to replicate or if you could provide a screenshot of the error?
When using Netlify DNS, the two NETLIFY Records do get created, you’ll need to keep those records.
