DNS issue: jovicheer.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.

I’m the only member under this account(without any other teammates) also I’m the owner of this domain jovicheer.com

For some reason I cannot add jovicheer.com by “Add a custom domain to your site”
I’ve been blocked by this issue for a few days already, please help! Thank you!!
