I used only 75 credits of 300 total yet my projects are paused

Hello, I just made an account yesterday with netlify, and deployed a project, according to the consumption on my account dashboard i see 75 credits used till now, but my projects are paused saying I exceeded my credit limit.

I want the projects online again.

I have this same problem. 250 credits available but site is paused. please help us!
